Every creator is 21+ and passes an ID check before the profile goes live. Profiles show an age band (21 to 29, 30 to 39, 40+), never a birth date.
What usage rights do I get

What does it cost
A plan from USD 24 per month billed yearly, the creator's rate for the format, and a platform fee of 12 to 3 percent depending on your plan. Creators keep 100 percent of their rate.
How many revisions are included
Every order includes 2 revision rounds before approval. Ask for changes in the order thread and the creator delivers a new cut.
What if I do not like the video
Use your revision rounds and point to the brief. If you still do not approve and do not respond, payment is released to the creator 5 days after delivery, so give clear feedback inside that window.
Are payments refundable
Payments are final. We refund only a double charge, a proven unauthorized charge or a total failure of the service. The full rules are in the refund policy.
